Today's Adventure

We had an active day today. Started off at the YMCA where Kaylee spent 30 minutes in the daycare while Mommy did some cardio. The weather is beautiful in SD, so we went to the beach, our favorite La Jolla Shores. Kaylee ran around on the firm sand, chased seagulls, spotted helicopters, and even saved a seagull from consuming a plastic water bottle cap. When asked "Where is the Pacific Ocean?", Kaylee will point to the water. So smart :). Afterwards, we spontaneously went to the Birch Aquarium, which is where the picture was taken. So she learned about the fish that live in the Pacific Ocean. All she would say is, "Big fish!". We went to the gift shop, with the intention to buy a fish stuffed animal. But nope, she went looking for a dog & found a bear. So she got another bear.
