After the drop offs, we headed to the outlets for some shoe shopping. Turns out that I am a nominee for mother of the year ... Kaylee was in a full size too small shoe, oops. So know she has purple sparkle light-up tennis shoes, silver sequence ballet flats, and pink sparkle hello kitty flats. And a black satin bow headband. And 7.5 is her new shoe size. And no need to fear, I already have a pair of 8 tennis shoes in waiting.
Then off to USS Midway we drove. And before we got there Kaylee fell asleep. I ended up parked in a shopping center parking lot with a Jamba Juice while she slept. During her nap I continued my photo search for the end if the year blog post and Christmas cards. I need to get that done ASAP! 2-hours later we have Jamba Juice, use the restroom and head off to Balboa Park, San Diego Natural History Museum. It was a great day to visit the museum, rainy weather and zero crowd. We were able to enjoy the exhibits without running into people, and I could allow Kaylee to move at her pace.
