Beautiful in Blue

When I was pregnant with Kaylee we prayed for a healthy, normal baby. But I would be lying if I didn't also ask for a pretty baby. Of course we know that our wishes came true, except for the pretty part. We got a beautiful baby, with beautiful blue eyes and a beautiful soul. If there are reasons to our lives, then I believe that one of my reasons for life is to guide this beautiful, adventurous, intelligent baby to become the best person she can be. 

And after our little photo shoot Kaylee announced that she was going to put pillows on the floor and do a back flip off the bed. Of course I put an end to that after she fully explained how to do it (and she had a good idea on how), and then made her promise that she can only try that in gymnastics with her coach. She agreed and replied, "When I'm older.". Whew, yes, when you are older my beautiful baby in blue.
