Preschool Day 7

Wednesday was a big day. Kaylee was the handy leader. So, she was the leader and I'm not quite sure what a leader does. I'm looking forward to back-to-school so I can actually talk to the teacher without 5 other parents trying to pick up their kid. Kaylee also brought in something to share with the class. She brought a picture of her and the lorikeets from the Wild Animal Park. She told them that the birds eat nectar and felt ticklish when the birds were on her arm.

  After preschool we had a play date with two classmates. It was a different environment. There were 7 kids all under the age of 6, and 3 moms. Surprisingly, it went rather well. I get along with the moms rather easily and seem to have many things in common. All three of our husbands are high school teachers. So hopefully more play dates in the future.
